2 Frozen Banana
1 1/2 cups Soy Milk
1 cup Cup frozen summer fruits (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries etc.)
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 cup Baby spinach


Blend together the summer fruits, banana and half the soy milk until mixed
Add the baby spinach, peanut butter and the rest of the soy milk and blend until thick with the desired consistency. Add more soy milk if the mixture becomes too thick
