Healthy pumpkin smoothie with chia seed in glasses on rustic background

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

A light and healthier alternative to a latte that you can make at home for half the price (I mean what more could you want??) Packed full of nutrients and topped with taste, this smoothie should be a staple to your routine and an even better way to start the day, bright eyed and bushy tailed – caffeine free!

This Starbucks copycat recipe takes all of the nasties out and replaces them with healthy alternatives that doesn’t compromise the taste. The vanilla essence allows you to keep the natural and healthier Greek yogurt with no excess sugar and the nutmeg gives it the spice that you need to keep things from getting too boring.

The whole milk in this recipe does contribute to most of the calories however it provides essential calcium and a creamier taste while still remaining healthier overall, but you can always substitute this for half fat if you choose to.
