Chilled Summer Melon Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped ripe summer melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (about ½ cup)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
Pinch sea salt

Preparation Instructions:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Serve immediately.
